The process
Discovery Session (Complimentary)
During this initial session, we will uncover your "why" for contacting a health coach as well as talk through your history and goals to see if I am a good fit for your needs.
Virtual | 20-minute session
Foundation Session
After we have discovered that we are a good match, you may schedule a foundation session. During this first session together, we will discuss in-depth what your vision of optimal health looks like. From there, we will co-create your plan of how to achieve that vision and begin to break it down into smaller areas of focus for follow-up sessions.
Virtual | approximately 90-minute session
Coaching Packages
3-Month | 5-Sessions | Tailored Packages
Your package will be a follow-up to our foundation session. We will co-create a tailored plan specifically for you and the way you live, with milestones for real and tangible improvement. During these sessions, we will take your vision and begin setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely) goals.

Follow-Up Sessions
For established clients who may need a check-in session or an individual follow-up session after completing their coaching package.
