I was drawn to the principles of functional medicine before I even knew the name for it! At the age of 20 I transitioned to a gluten-free diet and in the years that followed I brought in, and cut out, other elements from my diet, lifestyle, and environment. I found that investing in healthy, nourishing foods, honest relationships and looking after my mental health all contributed to a significant improvement to my overall health. Addressing myself as a whole person, and not just my diagnosed health complaints, rewarded me with significant improvements and lasting changes. I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach so I could support my clients on their journey and to help them become advocates for their physical health and mental wellbeing.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Functional Medicine Health Coach, I work with individuals, children and their families to help them navigate their health challenges and diagnoses.
I partner with my clients to build awareness and develop the positive behavioral changes needed to reach their goals of optimal health and wellness. By focusing on modifiable lifestyle factors, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, mindset and relationships, I provide both emotional and practical support. I will draw on your strengths and values to co-create goals and accountability, while empowering you with the tools to deliver meaningful, sustainable changes.
